Service Description

This class is for anyone (Ladies and/or Gentlemen) looking to strengthen the body from the muscles, all the way to the tendons, and bones. Whether you are wanting to build strength to - keep up with the physical demands of life - Maintaining and growing your capacity for strength - offsetting some of the weakening or atrophying of age, - learn about lifting principles, so that one can lift in any gym confidently and safely. -All of the above This is for you.. Using Tools like the Barbel, the Kettlebell, the Sand bag, Suspension trainer, Wall balls, Slam balls and bodyweight to accomplish our goals here. The coaches will guide students through all the main lifts and movements needed to build and sustain a robust and healthy body.

Cancellation Policy

STUDIO RULES & POLICIES To ensure a safe, clean, and supportive space for everyone, please follow the guidelines below. Before Class • Arrive at least 5 minutes early to check in and set up. • Late arrivals (more than 10 minutes after start time) won’t be permitted to avoid disruption. • Wear comfortable workout clothing. • We do believe in training barefoot if students so wish. However, we do ask students to arrive with clean feet. If wearing shoes, ensure the soles are clean. • For kickboxing, students may use the gyms gloves and wraps for the 1st month free of charge. After which students are encouraged to buy their own equipment for hygiene purposes. If students choose to continue using the gyms gloves, there will be a rental fee of R150 per session added to their bill. • Bring a sweat towel and water bottle. • Store personal items in designated areas. We are not responsible for lost or stolen belongings. During Class • Follow instructor guidance and listen to your body—modify as needed. • Inform your instructor of any injuries, conditions, or pregnancy before class. • Refrain from using your phone during class. • Respect others by keeping conversations minimal and energy positive. After Class • Return equipment and weights to their designated spots. • Be mindful of transition times and exit the space promptly. STUDIO POLICIES Membership & Payments • All packages and memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable. • Packages expire as stated and will not be extended, except in special cases at studio discretion. • Please track your package validity, especially when traveling or taking time off. • Late cancels (within 12 hours) and no-shows will be charged. Booking & Cancellations • Book via the Fit by Wix App and enable push notifications. • Cancel early to open space for others—class sizes are limited. • If a class is full, join the waitlist and confirm your spot within 30 minutes if you’re added. Health & Safety • If unwell, please stay home and reschedule—note that sessions canceled under 12 hours will still be charged. • Notify instructors of any injuries or health concerns before class. • The studio maintains strict cleaning protocols for your safety. Suspension & Termination Center Point reserves the right to suspend or terminate memberships for repeated rule violations, misconduct, or inappropriate behaviour.
